    Thanks for this reminder on how bad soda really is! I used to never drink it, for years. But then the stresses of the day take over, and you think one won’t hurt. Now I’m addicted to energy drinks, lol

    I very rarely drink pop these days, but after reading this article I’m going to stop altogether! I didn’t know there were so many bad chemicals in it; it’s a wonder it’s actually on the shelves! It’s a shame there aren’t good healthy alternatives on the market so people can actually enjoy fizzy drinks.

  3. I used to have a huge soda problem. I would drink at least two cans of regular soda a day. It was awful! That was over 500 calories in sugary drinks a day. I slowly weened myself off of it by making a switch to diet sodas. Still not idea, but better health wise than the real stuff. After that I was able to switch to diet and low-fat teas before going almost solely to water. Excessive soda consumption can really lead to an addition. Take note of these secrets and take actions. It’s not good for you!

    • I used to drink some soda at a certain time and it made me skinny fat. I stopped now for a couple of years and it wasn’t that hard. In the beginning, you may want to have some pop with your pizza but you quickly get accustomed to it.

      I just replaced it with plain water, and it’s much better like that!

  4. I drink a lot of diet soda and I didn’t know it was unhealthy! I didn’t know it was harming the environment, either. I definitely need to switch to something healthier!
